Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are generally managed through the app store or payment provider used at checkout. Cancellation and refund options may depend on that provider's rules.
Credits
Credits should only be consumed when a generation task completes successfully. If a provider failure prevents completion, the system should return the credit where supported.
Quality expectations
AI outputs are probabilistic and may not always match user expectations. Low-quality results may be eligible for retry, credit return, or review depending on the final production policy.
